【브레이크뉴스 대구】이성현 기자=대구보건대학교(총장 남성희)는 지난 22일 영송관 1318호 스마트 강의실에서 ‘2024학년도 글로컬대학30 프로젝트 1차년도 대구보건특화캠퍼스 구축사업 중간보고회’를 성황리에 마쳤다고 23일 밝혔다.

이번 보고회는 보건의료산업 기술인력 양성을 목표로 한 ‘현장 미러형 러닝센터’와 ‘지역보건의료산업 연계형 특화센터’ 구축 사업의 진행 상황과 성과를 공유하고, 향후 발전 방향을 논의하기 위해 마련됐다.

이날 행사에는 이정영 경영부총장, 김지인 대외부총장을 포함한 45명이 참석했으며, 교직원들이 함께 자리해 협력 방안을 모색했다.

보고회에서는 대구보건대학교의 DHC글로컬러닝센터와 헬스테크특화센터 구축 현황과 주요 성과가 발표됐다. 대구보건대학교가 구축 중인 '러닝센터'는 이론과 실습을 통합 지원하는 교육 공간으로, 최신 기술을 활용한 시뮬레이션 기반 학습 환경과 디지털 도구를 통해 학생들의 실무 능력 배양을 목표로 한다.

러닝센터는 응급환자모형을 활용해 방사선학, 간호학, 응급구조학, 임상병리학, 보건행정학에 대한 전공실습을 통합적으로 수행할 수 있는 모듈 개발계획을 제시했다. 특히, '저혈량성 쇼크' 사례를 담은 시나리오는 응급 의료 상황을 가상으로 재현해 협업과 응급 대처 능력을 기르는 교육 프로그램으로 높은 평가를 받았다.

헬스테크특화센터는 첨단 보건의료 기술을 기반으로 지역 산업체와 협력한 디지털 헬스케어 전문가 양성에 중점을 두고 있다. 센터는 Dental 분야 산업 브랜드화를 목표로 실습실 인프라 구축, 교육과정 운영 등 추진방안을 설명했다. 또한 라이프케어산업기술원을 활용한 디지털 헬스케어 전문인력 양성 교육, 의료기기사용적합성 센터 운영, 의료기기 홍보 전시관 운영 방안을 공유했다. 이를 통해 지역 내 보건의료 관련 기업들과의 연계를 강화하고, 학생들에게는 글로벌 스탠다드에 부합하는 교육 기회를 제공할 계획이다.

이정영 경영부총장(안경광학과 교수)은 “러닝센터와 특화센터는 단순한 시설 구축을 넘어 학생들의 실질적인 실무 능력 향상과 지역 산업의 경쟁력 강화를 위한 핵심 플랫폼이 될 것”이라며, “앞으로도 지속적인 지원과 협력을 통해 보건의료 분야의 선도적인 모델을 만들어 가겠다”고 말했다.

In addition, it shared plans for fostering digital healthcare experts using the Life Care Industry Technology Institute, operating a medical device usability center, and operating a medical device promotion exhibition hall. Through this, it plans to strengthen connections with local healthcare-related companies and provide students with educational opportunities that meet global standards.

Vice President of Management Lee Jeong-yeong (professor of optometry) said, “The learning center and specialization center will go beyond simple facility construction and become a core platform for improving students’ practical skills and enhancing the competitiveness of local industries,” adding, “We will continue to create a leading model in the healthcare field through continued support and cooperation.”
