【브레이크뉴스 대구】이성현 기자=대구보건대학교(총장 남성희) 방사선학과는 지난 2일부터 5일까지 나흘간 일본 후쿠오카 국제의료복지대학교에서 ‘일본 방사선 기술 분야 역량 강화 연수’를 실시했다.

이번 연수에는 한달빛글로컬보건연합대학에 속한 대구보건대학교를 비롯해 광주보건대학교, 대전보건대학교 재학생 30여 명이 참여했으며, 방사선 분야의 최신 교육 및 임상 동향을 공유하고 학생들의 글로벌 전공 역량을 높이기 위해 마련됐다.

연수 프로그램은 후쿠오카 국제의료복지대학교 방사선 분야 교수진의 특별강연을 중심으로 진행됐다. 시라이즈 교수와 시미즈 박사는 일본 방사선 기술 교육 체계와 임상 적용 사례를 주제로 강연을 펼치며, 한·일 양국 방사선 교육의 차별성과 향후 발전 방향을 공유했다.

참가 학생들은 또한 후쿠오카 국제의료복지대학교 캠퍼스 투어를 통해 교육 및 연구 인프라를 둘러보고, 후쿠오카 산노병원을 방문해 방사선 진단과 치료 현장의 운영 체계와 실무 환경을 직접 견학하는 시간을 가졌다.

심재구 방사선학과장은 “이번 연수는 학생들이 일본의 선진 방사선 교육과 의료 현장을 직접 체험하며 전공에 대한 시야를 넓히는 뜻깊은 기회였다”며 “앞으로도 한달빛글로컬보건연합대학과의 공동 교과과정 개발과 학술 교류를 확대해 방사선 분야의 글로벌 진출 기반을 지속적으로 강화해 나가겠다”고 말했다.

Daegu Health College's Department of Radiology Conducts Global Competency Enhancement Training in Japan

The Department of Radiology at Daegu Health College (President Nam Sung-hee) conducted a four-day "Japan Radiation Technology Capacity Enhancement Training" at Fukuoka International University of Health and Welfare in Japan from April 2nd to 5th.

Approximately 30 students from Daegu Health College, Gwangju Health College, and Daejeon Health College, all affiliated with Daldalbit Global Health Union University, participated in the training. The program aimed to share the latest educational and clinical trends in the field of radiology and enhance students' global competency.

The training program centered around special lectures by radiology faculty from Fukuoka International University of Health and Welfare. Professor Shiraizu and Dr. Shimizu presented on the Japanese radiology education system and clinical application cases, sharing the differences between radiology education in Korea and Japan and future directions for development.

The participating students also toured the Fukuoka International University of Health and Welfare campus, exploring its educational and research infrastructure. They also visited Fukuoka Sanno Hospital, where they observed the operational systems and practical environment of radiology diagnosis and treatment.

Shim Jae-gu, Head of the Department of Radiology, stated, "This training program was a meaningful opportunity for students to broaden their horizons by experiencing Japan's advanced radiology education and medical practices firsthand. We will continue to strengthen the foundation for global advancement in the radiology field by developing joint curricula and expanding academic exchanges with Daldalbit Global Health Union University."
