대구보건대학교(총장 남성희) L-라이프산업지원센터는 23일 본관 9층 소회의실에서 대구재가노인복지협회와 ‘통합돌봄 돌봄종사자 생활지원사 교육’을 위한 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다고 밝혔다.

이날 협약식에는 김영준 총괄부총장과 김영근 경영부총장, 최선영 RISE 사업단장 등 대학 관계자와 김삼화 대구재가노인복지협회장을 비롯한 협회 관계자 10여 명이 참석했다.

양 기관은 이번 협약을 통해 통합돌봄 현장 종사자의 역량 강화를 위한 교육 프로그램을 공동 추진하고, 재가복지 서비스의 질적 향상에 협력하기로 했다.

대구보건대학교는 협약을 계기로 오는 6월 17일 대구지역 노인맞춤돌봄센터 종사자를 대상으로 전문 교육을 운영할 계획이다. 해당 교육은 RISE 사업의 일환으로 약 40개 기관, 1,000여 명 규모의 사회복지사와 생활지원사를 대상으로 진행되며, 교수진과 교육 인프라를 활용한 직무 맞춤형 프로그램이 제공된다.

김영준 대구보건대학교 총괄부총장은 “이번 협약을 통해 체계적인 교육 기반을 마련하고 통합돌봄 제도가 지역사회에 안정적으로 정착할 수 있도록 지원하겠다”며 “양 기관 간 지속적인 협력을 통해 어르신 건강관리와 현장 대응력을 높이고, 노인복지 서비스의 질적 향상으로 이어지도록 노력하겠다”고 말했다.

한편 이번 협약은 오는 27일 시행되는 '의료·요양 등 지역돌봄의 통합지원에 관한 법률'에 대응해 산학협력을 강화하고, 현장 중심의 돌봄 인력 양성을 위해 추진됐다.

The L-Life Industry Support Center of Daegu Health College (President Nam Seong-hee) announced that it signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Daegu Home Care Association for the Elderly on the 23rd at the small conference room on the 9th floor of the main building for the "Training of Life Support Workers for Integrated Care."

The signing ceremony was attended by university officials, including Executive Vice President Kim Young-jun, Management Vice President Kim Young-geun, and RISE Project Director Choi Seon-young, as well as approximately 10 association officials, including Daegu Home Care Association President Kim Sam-hwa.

Through this agreement, both organizations agreed to jointly promote educational programs to enhance the capabilities of integrated care field workers and to cooperate in improving the quality of home care services.

Daegu Health College and Daegu Home Care Association for the Elderly Building on this agreement, Daegu Health University plans to conduct specialized training for staff at customized elderly care centers in the Daegu region on June 17. Kim Young-jun, Executive Vice President of Daegu Health University, stated, "Through this agreement, we will establish a systematic educational foundation and support the stable establishment of the integrated care system in the local community." He added, "We will strive to enhance senior health management and on-site responsiveness through continuous cooperation between the two institutions, leading to a qualitative improvement in elderly welfare services."

Meanwhile, this agreement was pursued to strengthen industry-academia collaboration and foster field-oriented care personnel in response to the 'Act on Integrated Support for Community Care, Including Medical and Long-term Care,' which takes effect on the upcoming 27th.
