【브레이크뉴스 대구】이성현 기자=달성군(군수 최재훈)은 청년들의 실무 경험과 취업 경쟁력 강화를 위해 청년 인턴사업 ‘달성경만이(달성에서 경력을 만든 사람)’ 참여자 모집을 이달 15일부터 시작한다고 밝혔다.

‘달성경만이’는 취업 준비 과정에서 가장 큰 어려움으로 꼽히는 경력 부족 문제를 해소하기 위해 마련된 정책으로, 미취업 청년들이 공공부문 현장에서 실제 업무를 수행하며 첫 경력을 쌓을 수 있도록 지원하는 프로그램이다. 단순 체험형 인턴십이 아닌, 공공기관 실무 중심의 근무 경험 제공에 중점을 둔 것이 특징이다.

참여 청년들은 행정·교육·복지·문화 등 다양한 공공 분야에서 근무하며 직무 이해도를 높이고 자신의 적성과 진로를 탐색하게 된다. 이를 통해 취업 경쟁력을 강화하는 것은 물론, 청년들의 자립 기반 마련과 지역 정착에도 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

모집 기간은 1월 15일부터 29일까지이며, 1차 서류심사와 2차 면접을 거쳐 최종 참여자를 선발한다. 지원 대상은 공고일 기준 1년 이상 달성군에 주민등록이 되어 있는 19세부터 34세(1992년~2007년생)까지의 미취업 청년이다.
