달성군은 오는 19일부터 ‘2026년도 빈집정비사업’ 대상자를 모집한다고 밝혔다. 정비 대상은 1년 이상 거주하지 않거나 사용되지 않은 채 방치된 주택과 건축물이다.
달성군 빈집정비사업은 빈집 소유주가 토지를 3년간 주차장이나 텃밭 등 공공용지로 활용하는 데 동의할 경우, 군이 가구당 최대 3천만 원을 투입해 빈집을 직접 철거하고 공공용지를 조성하는 사업이다. 군은 총사업비 2억 1천만 원을 들여 총 7곳의 공공용지를 조성할 계획이다.
빈집 철거를 희망하는 소유주는 오는 2월 20일까지 해당 읍·면 행정복지센터 또는 달성군청 건축과(7층)를 방문해 신청하면 된다. 사업 관련 자세한 사항은 달성군청 누리집을 확인하거나 건축과 건축안전팀으로 문의하면 안내받을 수 있다.

한편, 달성군은 농촌 지역에 방치된 빈집을 대상으로 소유자가 자진 철거할 경우 보조금을 지원하는 ‘농촌빈집정비 지원사업’도 병행 추진한다. 해당 사업은 동당 300만 원을 지원하며, 올해 총 9천만 원의 예산을 투입해 30동을 정비할 예정이다.
