【브레이크뉴스 대구】이성현 기자=대구시교육청(교육감 강은희)이 2021학년도 1학기 대안교육 위탁교육기관 학생을 오는 모집한다.

대안교육 위탁교육기관은 정규교과, 생활체육, 정서지원, 요리교실, 자연체험교실 등을 통해 정서 및 행동 문제로 학교생활 부적응과 학업중단 위기에 놓인 학생들에게 치유와 교육을 제공하여 사회 적응을 돕고 관계 회복을 통한 학생의 건강한 성장을 목적으로 운영하고 있다.  

이번 모집은 오는 26일까지 이어지며 위탁교육기간은 적응교육 1주를 포함한 16주 과정으로 3월 29일부터 7월 16일까지 운영한다.

위탁기관은 스콜라동산을 비롯해 중학생 대상 영남Wee센터 '두비교실'과 꿈못자리, 봉무인디교육센터, 학생 미혼모를 위한 가톨릭푸름터 5곳으로 스콜라동산과 두비교실은 오는 19일까지, 봉무인디교육센터는 26일까지, 꿈못자리는 정원(20명 이내)을 채울 때까지 모집하고 가톨릭푸름터는 수시로 모집한다.

특히 올해 첫 지정한 동산Wee센터 ‘스콜라동산’은 정규교과 뿐만 아니라 정신과적 치료 프로그램도 포함되며 치유명상, 예술치료, 사회기술훈련, 진로 탐색교육, 봉사활동, 걷기 프로젝트 등 다양한 대안교과와 함께 학생 개개인의 맞춤형 프로그램으로 운영할 예정이다.

대구시교육청은 2021년도 대안교육 위탁교육기관 운영을 위해 예산 6억2천6백만원을 편성하였고, 위탁교육기관 운영비로 최소 1,000만원에서 최대 21,300만원까지 지원하고 있다.

강은희 교육감은 “학교생활 부적응 및 학업중단 위기 학생을 위한 맞춤형 교육과정을 위탁․ 운영함으로써 학교적응력 향상과 건전한 성장을 돕고 학업중단위기학생의 학교복귀에 많은 도움이 되길 바란다”고 했다.
