대구시는 2022년도 신규공무원 채용규모를 874명으로 확정하고 직급별 선발인원, 시험일정, 시험제도 변경사항 등 세부시험계획을 28일 발표했다.

대구시의 올해 선발인원은 7급 16명(일반행정 12, 수의 4), 8·9급 848명(일반행정 9급 등 20개 직류), 연구·지도직 10명 등 24개 직류 874명이다.

직류별로는 7급은 행정 12명, 수의 4명이며 8·9급은 행정 378명, 세무 20명, 전산 2명, 사회복지 122명, 속기 1명, 공업 54명, 농업 4명, 녹지 11명, 보건 47명, 간호 22명, 환경 8명, 시설 166명, 방송통신 5명, 의료기술 3명, 운전 5명이다. 연구·지도직은 10명을 채용한다.

공직 다양성과 포용성을 위한 균형인사 확대를 위해 9급 행정, 세무, 사회복지 등 3개 직렬에서 장애인 32명, 저소득층 17명을 채용한다. 

보훈청추천 취업지원대상 구분모집으로 운전직 2명, 특성화고·마이스터고 기술계 고등학교 졸업자는 공업·시설 등 기술직렬에 8명을 채용할 계획이다.

공채 일정은 오는 4월 30일 간호8급 등 4개 직류를 대상으로 제1회 공개·경력경쟁임용 필기시험이 시행되고 6월 18일 행정9급 등 18개 직류의 제2회 공개·경력경쟁임용 필기시험이 시행된다.

또 10월 29일에는 행정7급과 기술계 고졸 등 9개 직류에 대해 제3회 공개·경력경쟁임용 필기시험이 시행된다. 

김종한 대구시 행정부시장은 “시민을 위해 봉사할 실력과 인성을 갖춘 인재를 공정한 시험절차에 따라 선발하고, 코로나19 속에서도 철저한 방역으로 안전한 채용이 이루어지도록 최선을 다하겠다”고 밝혔다.

As a separate recruitment for job support targets recommended by the Veterans Administration, it plans to hire 2 drivers and 8 graduates from technical high schools in specialized high schools and Meister high schools for technical positions such as industry and facilities.

The recruitment schedule will be held on April 30th for the first public and career competitive appointment written test for 4 DCs including Nursing Grade 8, and on June 18th, the second public and career competition for 18 DCs including administrative grade 9. A written examination for recruitment is conducted.

Also, on October 29th, the 3rd open/career competitive appointment written test will be held for 9 direct currents including administrative grade 7 and technical high school graduates.
