【브레이크뉴스 】박은정 기자=대구시는 2022 세계가스총회를 기념해 오는 21일부터 7일간 열리는 ‘유네스코 대구 뮤직위크’의 주요행사 출연진을 공개했다.

시에 따르면 이번 행사의 주요 프로그램으로는 열린 전야제 ‘파크 콘서트’, 총회 상설공연 ‘시리즈 콘서트’, 찾아가는 거리공연 ‘7일간의 프린지’가 열린다. 

유네스코 대구 뮤직위크의 개막을 알리는 ‘파크 콘서트’에서는 ‘대구, 음악으로 우리 함께’라는 부제로 대구가 유네스코 음악창의도시로 선정되기까지의 이야기를 담은 주제공연이 먼저 펼쳐진다.

이어 세계적인 뮤지컬배우 ‘마이클 리’, 부활의 10대 보컬 ‘김동명’, 씨스타 출신 가수 ‘효린’, 우리나라 대표 록밴드 ‘YB(윤도현 밴드)’가 축하무대를 빛낼 예정이다.

 공연 후에는 성대한 불꽃놀이가 펼쳐져 전야제의 말미를 장식한다. 이 공연은 시 공식 유튜브 채널인 ‘컬러풀대구TV’를 통해 온라인 중계로도 진행된다.

아울러 엑스코에서는 ‘시리즈 콘서트’를 동·서관 사이 상설무대에서 펼친다. ‘한국의 멋, K-컬쳐’를 부제로 대구를 찾은 국내외 방문객들의 마음을 사로잡을 공연이 진행된다.

우리 가락을 아카펠라와 접목한 국악아카펠라 그룹 ‘토리스’, 세계적인 쇼콰이어 그룹 ‘하모나이즈’, 빅마마 ‘신연아’ 밴드의 공연을 비롯하여 국악, 재즈, 클래식 등의 수준 높은 공연과 퍼모먼스를 다채롭게 만날 수 있다. 

또 해외 유네스코 음악창의도시 헝가리, 칠레, 이탈리아 공연팀의 총회 개최 축하의 의미를 담은 특별공연도 볼 수 있다.

대구 도심 곳곳에서는 찾아가는 거리공연인 ‘7일간의 프린지’가 열린다. 다양한 장르의 지역의 뛰어난 실력을 갖춘 뮤지션 63개 팀(1일 9회)이 2·28 기념 중앙공원, 두류공원, 청라언덕, 김광석길, 계산성당, 하중도 등 주요 지점 곳곳에서 거리공연을 펼친다. 

날뫼북춤, 사물판굿 등 풍성한 행사로 총회장까지 직접 찾아오지 못하는 시민들도 동참하여 함께 즐길 수 있다. 지역 뮤지션 외에도 문화예술에 관심 있는 대구 시민들이 오카리나 연주, 라인댄스 등을 선보여 관람 뿐만 아니라 공연에도 직접 참여할 수 있는 기회를 제공한다.

박희준 대구시 문화체육관광국장은 “이번 행사를 통해 대구를 찾아온 국내외 방문객들에게 ‘유네스코 음악창의도시 대구’를 선명히 각인시키고, 도심 곳곳에서 열리는 각종 공연과 행사가 코로나로 지친 시민들의 일상회복의 장이 되기를 기대한다”고 밝혔다.

“Seven Days of Fringe,” a street performance to visit, is held all over downtown Daegu. 63 teams of musicians with excellent skills in various genres (9 times a day) will perform street performances at major points such as February 28 Memorial Central Park, Duryu Park, Cheongna Hill, Kim Gwangseok-gil, Gyesan Catholic Church, and Hahakdo Island. .

With abundant events such as the nalmoe drum dance and the Samulpangut, citizens who cannot come to the general meeting place in person can participate and enjoy it together. In addition to local musicians, Daegu citizens who are interested in culture and arts will perform ocarina performances and line dances, providing an opportunity to participate in performances as well as to watch.
