달서구는 발달장애인 실종 예방과 자립 훈련을 위해 IoT 기술을 탑재한 스마트 인솔(깔창) 보급사업을 실시한다. 스마트 인솔(깔창)은 신발 깔창에 위성위치확인시스템(GPS)이 내장된다.
발달장애인이 신는 신발에 스마트 인솔(깔창)을 넣으면, 보호자는 발달장애인의 위치를 실시간으로 확인 할 수 있다.
달서구는 이달 초부터 각 동에서 선정된 대상자에게 스마트 인솔 전달과 함께 보호자에게 애플리케이션 설치 및 연동 방법 등 사용법을 지속적으로 안내하고 있다.
