이번 포상은 2022년 전국사업체조사 및 광업·제조업조사 등 전국단위 경제조사를 성공적으로 수행해 국가통계 발전에 기여한 기관과 개인에게 주어지는 상이다.
달서구는 대규모 산업단지가 밀집한 지역 특성에 맞는 체계적인 계획을 수립하고, 우수한 조사인력을 확보해 통계조사를 성공적으로 추진한 공적을 인정받아 전국 기초자치단체로는 유일하게 기관표창 대통령상을 받았다.
특히, 인터넷을 활용한 비대면조사를 적극적으로 홍보해 사업체의 자발적인 참여를 유도하고 조사 응답률을 높여 정확하고 신뢰성 있는 조사 결과를 이끌어낸 것을 높이 평가 받았다.
이태훈 달서구청장은 “이번 성과는 어려운 여건에서도 조사에 적극적으로 협조해 준 구민과 조사 현장에서 최선을 다해 준 조사요원들의 노고가 있었기에 가능했다”며“앞으로도 구민이 신뢰할 수 있는 고품질의 통계자료를 제공하여 정확한 데이터 기반의 행정업무 추진으로 구민의 삶의 질을 높이는 데 앞장서겠다.”고 밝혔다.
