【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=계명대(총장 신일희)가 2023년 새해를 맞아 지역민과 함께하는 ‘2023 신년음악회’를 개최한다고 27일 밝혔다.

오는 1월 5일 저녁 7시 30분부터 계명아트센터에서 열리는 이번 음악회는 총 출연진이 200여명이 넘는 대규모 공연으로 진행 된다.

계명대학교 ‘2023년 신년음악회’는 고전, 낭만시대를 대표하는 하이든, 베토벤, 생상스, 글린카, 베르디의 대표적인 서곡과 협주곡, 합창곡을 비롯, 조두남, 김동진, 임긍수의 아름다운 한국가곡 또한 감상할 수 있는 감동 깊은 음악회가 될 것으로 기대된다.

공연의 지휘는 한국을 대표하는 마에스트로인 관현악전공 서진 교수가 지휘를 맡고, 국내외에서 활발하게 활동 중인 바이올린에 김남훈, 트럼펫에 한만욱, 바리톤 김승철, 테너 하석배, 소프라노 이화영 교수와 함께 계명연합교향악단과 계명연합합창단이 클래식의 아름다운 선율을 선사한다. 

하석배 계명대 음악공연예술대학장은 “우리 대학교의 졸업생들은 지역을 넘어 전국, 세계무대에서 주요한 역할을 하는 연주자로 활발히 활동하고 있다. 바쁜 일정 중에서도 많은 동문이 참여해주어 감사드린다.”고 밝혔다.

아울러 “적극적인 동문들의 참여가 바로 우리 계명대학교 음악공연예술대학의 정신을 보여주는 좋은 예가 아닐까 생각하며 이번 공연은 대규모 공연단의 참여로 좀처럼 보기 힘든 대편성 교향악단과 합창단이 선사하는 웅장하고 아름다운 음악회가 될 것.”이라고 말했다.

The performance will be conducted by Prof. Seo Jin, a leading maestro in Korea, with violinist Kim Nam-hoon, trumpeter Han Man-wook, baritone Kim Seung-chul, tenor Ha Seok-bae, and soprano Lee Hwa-young, who are active both at home and abroad. The choir presents beautiful melodies of classical music.

Ha Seok-bae, dean of the College of Music and Performing Arts at Keimyung University, said, “The graduates of our university are actively performing as performers who play a major role on the national and global stage beyond the region.
