【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=계명대학교는 계명문화대학교, 영남이공대학교와 함께 ‘2024학년도 고교생 맞춤형 고용서비스 사업 성과보고회’를 개최했다고 26일 밝혔다.

지난 22일 오후 2시 계명대 성서캠퍼스 행소박물관 시청각실에서 열린 이번 행사는 대구시 특성화고와 비진학 일반고 학생들의 취업역량 강화를 목표로 운영된 고용노동부 주관 시범사업의 성과를 공유하고, 내년도 방향을 논의하기 위해 마련됐다.

보고회에는 대구시교육청, 고용노동부 관계자를 비롯해 지역 18개 특성화고 산학협력부장, 취업지원관, 대학 관계자 등 약 60명이 참석했다. 

이날 ▶진로 및 취업 프로그램 실시 현황 ▶사업 성과 및 만족도 조사 결과 ▶2025년도 사업 계획 등에 대한 발표가 진행됐다.

성과보고에 따르면 세 대학은 진로탐색부터, 직무체험, 산업체 탐방, 채용설명회 등 다양한 프로그램을 통해 총 4,484명의 학생들에게 실질적인 취업역량 강화 기회를 제공했고 이들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시한 결과 참여 학생의 84.7%가 진로 및 취업 설계에 실질적 도움을 받았으며, 사업 만족도는 86.5%에 달하는 것으로 나타났다.

이성용 계명대 대학일자리플러스센터장은 “고교 현장에서 겪는 어려움을 반영해 대학 인프라를 활용한 실질적 지원 프로그램을 운영하겠다”며 “기업이 요구하는 인재를 양성해 성공적인 취업으로 이어질 수 있도록 최선을 다할 것”이라고 말했다.

Lee Seong-yong, director of the Keimyung University University Job Plus Center, said, “We will operate a practical support program that utilizes university infrastructure to reflect the difficulties experienced in high schools,” and “We will do our best to foster talents that companies demand and lead to successful employment.”
