【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=행복북구문화재단(이사장 배광식) 대현도서관이 ‘1박 2일 독서캠프’를 운영한다고 6일 밝혔다.
대현도서관에서 오는 10일 오후 5시부터 다음날 오전 9시까지 하룻밤을 보내며 빛과 색을 미술과 과학으로 배우는 독서캠프가 실시된다.
초등 3~4학년을 대상으로 진행되는 캠프는 ‘과학탐험대, 빛과 색의 신비를 찾아라’라는 주제로 밤하늘을 역동적으로 표현한 고흐의 대표작을 그림책과 함께 감상 후, ‘별이 빛나는 밤에’ 명화 액자를 제작하고 분광기와 빛 합성기를 이용해 빛의 스펙트럼 관찰하며, 색과 빛의 성질을 명화와 과학실험으로 알아보는 시간을 갖는다.
이와 함께 도서관 이용법을 흥미롭게 알아보는 청구기호로 책 찾기 게임, 영화관람 등 다양한 프로그램을 통해 특별한 여름밤을 보낼 예정이다.
대현도서관 관계자는 “여름방학을 맞은 친구들이 주변에서 쉽게 볼 수 있는 빛과 색을 통해 과학과 미술에 대한 친밀감을 쌓고 친구들과 하룻밤을 보내며 도서관과 친해지는 계기가 되었으면 좋겠다”라고 말했다.

A Daehyun Library official said, “We hope that this will be an opportunity for friends on summer vacation to build a sense of familiarity with science and art through light and color that they can easily see around them, and to become familiar with the library by spending a night with friends.”
