【브레이크뉴스 구미】진예솔 기자=강명구 국회의원(국민의힘, 구미시을)이 첫 번째 ‘찾아가는 민원서비스-선산읍편’을 성공적으로 마쳤다고 12일 밝혔다.

지난 10일 강명구 의원은 구미 선산문화회관에서 주민들을 만나 지역의 민원 처리 경과를 점검하고 애로사항을 청취하는 시간을 가졌다.

이날 ‘찾아가는 민원서비스-선산읍편’은 구미문화원선산분원, 선산읍이장협의회, 선산읍새마을남녀협의회, 선산읍남녀의용소방대 등 단체 간담회로 진행됐다.

이를 통해 장원방 조성 사업, 충혼탑 정비 사업 등 공공민원부터 마을 앞 도로 확·포장, 농업용수 확보 등과 같은 생활민원까지 총 37건이 접수됐다.

강명구 국회의원은 “주민을 위해서라면 더 가까이 다가가고 더 많이 듣겠다”면서 “초심을 잃지 않고 늘 주민만 바라보며 최선을 다하겠다”고 약속했다.

한편 ‘민원의날’은 지역사무소(산호대로 30길 7-3, 3층)에서 매월 넷째 주 토요일에 정기적으로 실시되며 방문이 어려운 읍면지역 주민들을 위해 ‘찾아가는 민원서비스’가 매월 둘째 주 토요일에 진행될 예정이다.

Assemblyman Kang Myung-gu said, “I will approach the residents more closely and listen more,” and promised, “I will not lose my original intention and always look only at the residents and do my best.” Meanwhile, ‘Civil Complaint Day’ is regularly held on the fourth Saturday of every month at the local office (3rd floor, 7-3, Sanho-daero 30-gil), and ‘Visit Civil Complaint Service’ is scheduled to be held on the second Saturday of every month for residents of townships who have difficulty visiting.
