이번 최고위과정은 4차 산업혁명에 대응하기 위한 체계적인 지식 공유를 목표로, 웰니스, 문화예술, 교양, 인문학 등 폭넓은 교육을 제공하는 차별화된 CEO 과정이다. 2017년 시작된 이 과정은 이제까지 1041명의 동문을 배출했다.

행사는 1부 곰스컴퍼니의 뮤지컬 갈라 축하공연을 시작으로, 2부 개강식이 진행됐다. 개강식에는 남성희 대구보건대학교 총장의 환영사를 비롯해 DHC TOP 총동창회 김종섭 회장과 제15기 DHC TOP 김홍수 회장의 축사가 이어졌으며, 이후 16기 원우 소개와 수업 안내가 있었다.

이번 16기 과정은 ‘Be Trend setter’를 주제로 구성되어, 대중의 원츠(wants)나 니즈(needs)를 민감하게 반영하고, 다음 시대를 이끌어갈 기업과 개인으로 성장할 수 있도록 돕는 강의들로 채워졌다.
