융자 지원사업은 연 1~2%의 저금리로 농업창업자금 최대 3억 원, 주택자금 최대 7,500만 원까지 대출이 가능하다. 해당 사업은 이차보전 방식으로 운영돼 대출금리와 시중금리 간 차이를 정부 예산으로 지원함으로써 귀농인의 금융 부담을 완화한다.
