【브레이크뉴스 영양】이성현 기자=영양군은 2월 3일 군청 대회의실에서 ‘스마트 학습돌봄 플랫폼 구축 사업’ 착수보고회를 개최하고 본격적인 사업 추진에 나섰다.

이날 보고회에는 초등학교 늘봄지원실장과 늘봄행정실무사, 지역아동센터장, 관계 부서 담당자 등 20여 명이 참석해 사업 추진 방향과 세부 일정에 대해 논의했다.

이번 사업은 과학기술정보통신부가 주관하는 ‘2025년 스마트빌리지 보급 및 확산사업’ 공모에 영양군이 최종 선정되면서 추진됐다. 군은 이를 통해 국비 3억 원을 확보했으며, 방과 후 돌봄이 필요한 지역 아동과 초등학생들의 교육 복지 향상을 목표로 사업을 진행한다.

영양군은 본 사업을 통해 화상회의 시스템 기반의 스마트 학습돌봄 플랫폼을 구축해, 디지털 환경에서도 소외됨 없이 안전하고 균등한 학습 기회를 제공할 계획이다. 이를 통해 다양한 비대면 돌봄·학습 프로그램을 운영하며 지역 아동들의 학습 환경을 개선한다는 방침이다.

착수보고회에서는 사업 수행기관이 플랫폼 구축 사업 전반에 대한 설명과 함께 세부 추진 일정을 보고했으며, 질의응답을 통해 현장의 다양한 의견을 수렴하는 시간도 마련됐다.

스마트 학습돌봄 플랫폼은 방과 후 돌봄이 필요한 아동과 초등학생을 대상으로 맞춤형 교육 콘텐츠와 비대면 돌봄·학습 서비스를 제공해, 지역 간 학습 격차 해소에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

이형직 영양군 자치행정과장은 “이번 사업이 지역 여건에 맞는 맞춤형 돌봄과 학습 지원의 기반이 돼 방과 후 돌봄이 필요한 아이들에게 실질적인 도움이 되길 바란다”고 말했다.

Yeongyang County Launches Construction of Smart Learning Care Platform, Strengthening Educational Welfare for Children and Elementary School Students

Yeongyang County held a kickoff briefing session for the "Smart Learning Care Platform Construction Project" in the county office conference room on February 3rd, officially launching the project.

Approximately 20 people, including the director of the Neulbom Support Office at elementary schools, Neulbom administrative staff, directors of local children's centers, and relevant department officials, attended the briefing and discussed the project's direction and detailed schedule.

This project was launched after Yeongyang County was selected for the "2025 Smart Village Distribution and Expansion Project" hosted by the Ministry of Science and ICT. Through this project, the county secured 300 million won in national funding and will implement the project with the goal of improving the educational welfare of local children and elementary school students in need of after-school care.

Through this project, Yeongyang County plans to establish a smart learning care platform based on a video conferencing system, providing safe and equal learning opportunities in a digital environment without exclusion. The plan is to operate various non-face-to-face care and learning programs and improve the learning environment for children in the region.

At the launch briefing, the project implementation organization presented the overall platform construction project and detailed the implementation schedule. A Q&A session was also held to gather diverse opinions from the field.

The Smart Learning Care Platform is expected to contribute to narrowing the learning gap between regions by providing customized educational content and non-face-to-face care and learning services to children and elementary school students in need of after-school care.
