【브레이크뉴스 】이성현 기자=대구시가 지역의 중소·중견기업이 청년인재를 채용하면 최대 2년간 인건비를 지원하는 뉴딜 청년인재 일자리 연결사업의 참여기업을 모집한다.

대구시는 지역 우수 청년들에게 양질의 일자리를 제공하고, 중소·중견기업에게는 우수전문인력을 확보할 수 있게 하는 ‘뉴딜 청년인재 일자리 연결사업’의 참여기업을 15일부터 오는 25일까지 모집한다고 밝혔다.

대구시는 이번 사업을 통해 지역 소재 중소·중견기업이 소정의 자격을 갖춘 만 18세 이상 39세 이하 청년인재를 채용하면 인건비 월 160만원을 최대 2년간 지원할 예정으로 지원인원은 30명이며 기업 당 상시근로자 수의 50%내에서 최대 3명 동시 지원이 가능하다.

 이번 사업을 통해 청년 인재 채용 증가와 지역 기업의 우수 청년인력 확보에 도움이 될 것으로 기대되며 대구시는 지속적인 지역 뉴딜정책 추진을 통해 기업혁신을 이끌 실무형 뉴딜 전문인력 채용을 지원하는 등 다양한 사업을 펼쳐 지역 경제의 활력과 사업추진 성과를 더욱 제고할 계획이다.

권오상 대구시 일자리노동정책과장은 “이번 뉴딜 청년인재 일자리 연결사업을 통해 우수인력 부족으로 어려움을 겪고 있는 지역기업과 지역 내 정착을 희망하는 청년들의 고민을 한 번에 해결되기를 바란다.”면서 지역기업들의 많은 관심을 당부했다.
