주호영 위원장은 “경선 지역의 경우 다수의 신청자가 있는 경우에 원칙적으로 경선을 하되 3인 이내의 경선이 원칙으로 3인으로 경선을 결정한 지역이 5군데 2인으로 경선을 결정한 지역이 네 군데”라고 말했다.
