【브레이크뉴스 봉화】이성현 기자=봉화군은 취약계층의 식품 접근성을 높이고 지속가능한 농식품 소비체계를 구축하기 위해 농식품 바우처 지원사업을 시행한다고 밝혔다.

지원 대상은 생계급여 수급 가구 중 임산부, 영유아, 아동, 청년이 포함된 가구로, 신청은 1월부터 12월까지 연중 수시로 가능하다. 신청 방법은 읍·면사무소 방문 신청을 비롯해 농식품 바우처 누리집을 통한 온라인 신청, 농식품 바우처 고객지원센터를 통한 전화 신청 등으로 다양하게 마련됐다.

농식품 바우처는 1월부터 12월까지 매월 지원되며, 지원 금액은 가구원 수에 따라 차등 지급된다. 1인 가구는 월 4만 원, 4인 가구는 월 10만 원이 지원된다. 발급받은 바우처 카드로는 편의점과 하나로마트 등에서 국내산 채소, 과일, 흰 우유, 신선 알류, 육류, 잡곡, 두부류, 임산물 등 건강한 농식품을 구매할 수 있다.

바우처 카드는 해당 월 내 사용을 원칙으로 하며, 월말까지 사용하지 않은 금액은 다음 달 1일 소멸된다. 다만, 지원금액의 10% 미만이 남은 경우에는 다음 달로 이월이 가능하다.

봉화군 유통특작과장은 “농식품 바우처 지원사업을 통해 취약계층 주민들이 신선한 먹거리를 안정적으로 공급받을 수 있을 것으로 기대한다”며 “지역 농산물 소비 촉진을 통해 농가 소득 증대에도 기여하는 만큼, 앞으로도 군민 복지와 지역 경제 활성화를 위한 정책을 지속적으로 발굴해 나가겠다”고 말했다.

Various application methods are available, including in-person applications at local township or district offices, online applications via the Agricultural and Food Voucher website, and phone applications via the Agricultural and Food Voucher Customer Support Center.

Agricultural and food vouchers are provided monthly from January to December, and the amount varies depending on the number of household members. A single-person household receives 40,000 won per month, while a four-person household receives 100,000 won per month. The issued voucher card can be used to purchase healthy agricultural and food products, including domestically produced vegetables, fruits, plain milk, fresh eggs, meat, grains, tofu, and forest products, at convenience stores and Hanaro Mart.

Voucher cards must be used within the month in which they were issued. Any unused funds by the end of the month will expire on the first day of the following month. However, if less than 10% of the subsidy amount remains, it can be carried over to the next month.

The head of the Distribution and Specialty Products Division of Bonghwa County stated, "We expect the agricultural and food voucher support project to provide a stable supply of fresh food to vulnerable residents."
