‘마을단위 LPG소형저장탱크 보급사업’은 지리적 여건으로 인해 에너지 이용에 불편을 겪고 있는 지역을 대상으로, 30세대 이상 소규모 마을에 LPG 공급 기반을 구축해 주민 편의 증진과 에너지복지 실현을 위해 추진되는 사업이다.

이번 사업은 총 76세대를 대상으로 추진되며, 국·도비 3억5천만 원을 포함해 총 12억5천6백만 원의 예산이 투입된다. 주요 사업 내용은 저장설비 탱크(1.0톤) 1기 설치를 비롯해 배관 1.42km 구축, 세대별 보일러 설치 등이다.

특히 영양군은 주민 부담을 최소화하기 위해 자부담금을 타 지자체 대비 낮은 100만 원 수준으로 책정했다. 배관망 설비가 완공되면 도시가스 수준의 안전성과 편리성이 확보되는 것은 물론, 연료비 절감 효과도 클 것으로 기대된다.

배만환 양수발전건립추진단장은 “이번 사업을 통해 주민들의 에너지 비용 부담을 줄이고, 가스시설 현대화를 통해 보다 쾌적한 주거환경을 조성하겠다”며 “앞으로도 매년 1~2개 마을씩 사업을 지속 추진해 에너지복지 확대에 힘쓰겠다”고 말했다.

In particular, Yeongyang County has set the self-payment fee at around 1 million won, lower than other local governments, to minimize the burden on residents.
