전국 226개 기초지방자치단체를 대상으로 실시한 지역복지사업은 보건복지부 주관으로 지역복지사업 모범사례 발굴 및 확산을 위해 시상한다.
달서구는 대상 3개( 찾아가는 보건복지서비스 제공, 사회복지서비스 일자리창출, 아동학대 공공대응체계 구축), 최우수 2개(희망복지지원단 운영, 민관협력 및 자원연계)로 5개 분야에서 수상, 총 1억 3,500만원의 포상금을 획득했다.
이태훈 달서구청장은 “달서구가 지난해에 이어 올해도 지역복지사업 5개 분야에서 수상하게 되어 탁월한 지역복지 우수성을 다시 한 번 인정받게 되었다.”며, “54만 달서구민과 직원들이 소통하고 협력해서 이뤄낸 성과이며 앞으로 따뜻한 나눔이 함께하는 마을공동체를 만들어 가는데 더욱 노력하겠다”고 밝혔다.
