주요 우수사례로 '달서 아이 ON 24 사업'을 통한 달서구형 아동보호인적안전망 구축, '달서구 새싹아동지키기 사업'을 통한 고위험 피해아동 논스톱 지원시스템 구축, 피해아동 및 가족기능회복을 위한 '부모 양육코칭지원', '전담의료기관 3개소 지정', '찾아가는 아동학대 예방 교육 및 캠페인'등을 집중 추진해 아동학대 신고건이 작년대비 24% 이상 감소하는 성과를 냈다.
또 아동학대 조사 전담출동차량 확충, 아동학대 조사 상담실 별도 마련, 아동학대 전담 공무원 재택당직수당 신설 등 아동학대 조사를 위한 인프라 구축과 직원 복지 향상에 노력한 점이 인정을 받았다.
