새로운 슬로건은 소통과 상생, 변화와 혁신을 통해 의회다운 의회로 거듭나겠다는 경상북도의회의 의정활동 비전과 목표를 간결하고 직관적으로 도민들에게 전달할 것으로 기대되며, 공문서, 의정 영상물, 책자, 기념품 등 다양한 매체를 통해 활용될 예정이다.
