이번 회의에서는 기획조정실, 메타AI과학국, 경제통상국 소관 주요 안건이 집중적으로 다뤄졌으며, 2026년도 공모사업 신청 현황에 대한 점검과 함께 경북의 미래 전략 산업 육성 및 신성장 동력 확보 방안이 논의됐다.

이날 심의에서는 ‘경상북도 도세 감면 조례 일부개정조례안’이 지역 경제 활성화와 도민 세 부담 완화 필요성이 인정돼 가결됐다. 또한 ‘경상북도와 베트남 박닌성 간 자매결연 체결 동의안’도 국제 교류 협력 확대 필요성에 따라 원안 가결됐다.

이와 함께 ‘2026년도 메타AI과학국 소관 공모사업 신청 보고’, ‘2026년도 경제통상국 소관 공모사업 신청 보고’, ‘(재)경상북도경제진흥원 정관 변경 보고’ 등 3건의 보고 안건에 대해서도 청취와 심의가 이뤄졌다.

이선희 기획경제위원장은 “국제 정세 불안과 고물가로 도민과 지역 기업의 어려움이 커지고 있다”며 “경북도의 신성장 동력 발굴과 물가 안정, 위기 기업 지원 등 지역 경제 회복을 위해 적극적인 대응이 필요하다”고 강조했다.

Additionally, the "Consent to Conclude a Sister City Relationship between Gyeongsangbuk-do and Bac Ninh Province, Vietnam" was passed in its original form due to the need to expand international exchange and cooperation.

Lee Seon-hee, Chairperson of the Planning and Economy Committee, emphasized, “The difficulties faced by residents and local businesses are increasing due to international instability and high inflation,” adding, “Active responses are necessary to recover the regional economy, including discovering new growth engines for Gyeongbuk-do, stabilizing prices, and supporting businesses in crisis.”
