【브레이크뉴스 경북】이성현 기자=경상북도는 5일 도청 회의실(206호)에서 도 안전행정실장을 비롯해 도 및 시군 안전정책 부서장 등 50여 명이 참석한 가운데‘2025년 도-시군 안전정책 부서장 회의’를 개최했다고 밝혔다.

이번 회의는 재난안전 분야 현안사항 협조와 시군건의사항 등을 청취하여 도와 시군 간 협력을 바탕으로 한 현장 중심의경북형 재난대응 체계 구축과 강화를 위해 마련됐다.

특히, 경북형 재난대응 체계의 핵심이라 할 수 있는 경북형 주민대피 시스템(K-마~어서대피 프로젝트)의 주요성과 및 추진계획을 시군에 설명하고 적극적인 협조를 요청했다.

경상북도는 풍수해 등의 극한 기후에 대한 대비책으로 12시간 사전예보제와 마을순찰대 운영을 핵심으로 하는 경북형 주민대피 시스템을 통해 지난해 인명피해 제로의 성과를 달성한 바 있다.

올해는 매뉴얼로 제도화하고 12시간 예측 시스템을 고도화하며 마을순찰대 교육과정을 신설하는 등 주민 대피 시스템을 안정화하는 데 노력할 예정이다.

또한, 경북은 지난 3일부터 역대급 한파에 따른 24시간 비상체계를 가동하고 있으며 도내에 인명피해가 발생하지 않도록 취약계층 보호및 시설물 피해 저감 대책 강화 등에도 빈틈없이 해달라고 요청했다.

아울러, 봄철 산불 발생 및 해빙기 안전사고에 철저한 대비와 경주에서열리는 2025년 APEC 정상회의 성공적인 개최를 위해 도내 안전관리 강화에도 노력해 줄 것을 당부했다.

이날 회의에 참석한 시군 부서장들은 경상북도가 추진하는 주요 시책 및 사업에 대해 적극 검토하고 힘을 보태겠다고 밝히며, 잦은 비상근무와 업무의 중대성 등으로 기피 부서로 꼽히는 재난안전 부서 담당공무원의 사기를 북돋우기 위해 각별한 관심을 가져 달라고 건의했다.

박성수 안전행정실장은 “지난해 경북형 주민대피시스템의 성과는 시군의 적극적인 참여와 신뢰를 기반으로 이뤄졌다”며 “도민의안전은 어떤 것과도 바꿀 수 없는 최우선 과제로 앞으로도 시군과의 협력을 통해 도민 보호 및 재난 대응에 최선의 노력을 다하겠다”고 말했다.
