소외 지역·취약계층 교육 투자 요구도 뒤따랐다. 박선하 의원(비례)은 장애인 예술단 창단 사업을 언급하며 “재정 부담이 아닌 사회적 가치 확장 관점에서 접근해야 한다”고 말했다. 허복 의원(구미)도 농산어촌 학생의 교육격차 심화를 언급하며 “도시 중심 예산 배분 구조를 바꿔야 한다”고 강조했다.

AI 교육 도입과 학교시설 확충 등 미래 대응 체계에 대한 주문도 나왔다. 황두영 의원(구미)은 고교학점제·AI 디지털 교과서 도입 과정에서 “현장의 혼란을 최소화할 정책 명확화가 필요하다”고 했다.

김대일 위원장은 “녹색학교 등 미래형 교육정책은 참여 인센티브 기반으로 확대해야 한다”며 “예산 편성과정에서 의회와의 사전 협의가 정례화돼야 한다”고 말했다.

예결특위는 이날 교육청 예산 심사를 마쳤으며, 2일부터 5일까지 도청 소관 예산 심사를 이어갈 예정이다.
