【브레이크뉴스 경북】이성현 기자=경상북도의회 예산결산특별위원회(위원장 김대일)가 경상북도 및 경상북도교육청이 제출한 2026년도 예산안과 기금운용계획안에 대한 종합심사를 완료했다.

예결특위는 지난 1일부터 5일까지 5일간의 심사를 거쳐 예산안을 수정 의결했으며, 이번 심사 결과는 오는 10일 본회의에서 최종 확정될 예정이다.

이번 심사 결과, 경상북도 예산안 및 기금운용계획안에서는 총 31개 사업에서 39억 3,377만 원이 삭감됐으며, 경상북도교육비특별회계에서도 6개 사업 3억 8,182만 원이 감액됐다.

심사 과정에서는 분야별 정책 효과성과 실제 집행 가능성, 지역 발전 기여도 등이 중점적으로 검토됐다.

손희권 부위원장(포항)은 하자 검사 부실 문제를 지적하고 현장 점검과 이력관리 체계를 강화해야 한다고 강조했다. 또한 K-사이언스 빌리지 예산의 편성 타당성과 공정 지연 요인 점검을 요구했다.

김대진 의원(안동)은 지역활성화 투자펀드를 활용한 민간투자 확대의 중요성을 언급하며 PF·SPC 방식 추진 시 도 차원의 인허가 지원과 리스크 관리체계 구축을 주문했다. 아울러 원자력 기업 육성과 청년 인재 양성 사업의 연계 필요성을 강조했다.

박선하 의원(비례)은 국립김천치유의숲 접근성 문제 개선을 촉구하고, K-드론 지원센터의 실효성 있는 운영 및 대구권 광역철도 김천 연장 필요성을 재차 제기했다.

조용진 의원(김천)은 포스트 APEC 글로벌 CEO 서밋의 국제행사화 추진과 공공형 UAM 시범사업의 활용 전략 마련을 주문했다.

허복 의원(구미)은 광평천 환경 관리 부재를 지적하며 도 차원의 정비 지원과 위임 검토 등이 필요하다고 강조했다.

황두영 의원(구미)은 미세먼지 저감장치 사업의 효과 검증 미비를 지적하고, 의용소방대 안전 장비 확보 및 체계적 교육 강화를 촉구했다.
