대구보건대학교(총장 남성희)가 임상병리과 3학년 김유림씨의 49회 임상병리사 국가고시 전국수석 합격 소식을 전했다.
대구보건대는 한국보건의료인국가시험원이 최근 발표한 이번 시험에서 김유림씨가 280점 만점에 279점(99.7점/100점 환산 기준)을 획득해 일반대학교 25개교를 포함한 전국 50개 대학에서 응시한 수험생 3,155명 중에서 1등으로 합격했다고 밝혔다.
이로써 대구보건대 임상병리과는 8년간 전국 수석자 5명을 배출하는 쾌거를 이루며 명성을 다시 한번 입증했다.
2013년 해군 의무부사관으로 임관한 김유림씨는 군의 위탁교육생 자격으로 대구보건대학교에 입학해 이와 같은 결실을 얻었으며 다음 달 대구보건대 임상병리과를 졸업하면 실무 부대로 복귀해 임무를 수행할 예정이다.
김유림씨는 "졸업 후 해군 실무부대로 복귀할 계획과 임상병리사로서의 전문성을 적극 활용해 장병들의 건강과 안전을 책임지는 최고의 대한민국의 의무부사관이 되겠다"며 "자기계발과 전문성을 위해 열심히 노력해 기회가 있다면 임상병리사를 꿈꾸는 후배 양성에 일조하고 싶다"고 밝혔다.
