【브레이크뉴스 】이성현 기자=논란이 많았던 경북 포항시장 국민의힘 공천 후보자는 이강덕 현 시장이 확정됐다.

국민의힘 경북도당공천관리위원회(위원장 김정재)는 8일 6일과 7일 실시한 경선 여론조사를 결과 및 공천추전자를 공식 발표했다. 

국민의힘 경북도당 공관위는 포항시장으로 이강덕 현 시장을, 영주시장으로 박남서, 그리고 영덕군수는 김광렬 후보를 각각 후보자로 추천했다.

당원과 국민여론조사 50%씩으로 실시된 이번 경선에서 이강덕 후보는 김순견,문충운, 장경식 후보 등과 겨뤄 최종 52.29%를 득표했다. 

영주시 박남서 후보는 강경원, 장욱현 후보와 경쟁했다. 박 후보는 42.74%를 득표했다. 영덕의 이희진 군수도 고배를 마셨다. 후보자로 추천된 김광열 후보는 이 군수와 격돌해 63.52%를 획득하면서 이 군수의 3선을 막았다.

경북도당 공관위는 또, 영양 가 지역 기초의원에 우승원, 나 김영범. 다 김창훈 후보를 각각 공천했다.

Gyeongsangbuk-do Provincial Government Office Committee is also a member of the Yeongyang-ga district basic councilor, Seung-won Kim, Na Kim Young-beom. They each nominated candidate Kim Chang-hoon.
