대구 달서구는 민선8기 일자리대책 종합계획을 수립·공시했다고 5일 밝혔다. 

‘달서웨이 일자리프로젝트’는 지역의 현 상황과 산업구조 개편, 주민 요구를 반영한 체계적인 일자리 사업 추진을 위한 달서구의 핵심전략이다.

주요내용은 기업혁신 선도 일자리 육성, 청년·지역미래 일자리 창출, 구인구직연계 일자리 이음, 창업도시달서 일자리 확충, 함께하는 가치 일자리 상생으로 2023년부터 4년간 153개 세부사업으로 추진할 예정이다.

먼저 대구 최대 산단인 성서산단 대개조사업에 발맞춰 디지털전환 및 제조공정혁신 인력 양성과 일자리 연계에 집중하고, 중소기업지원 및 노사민정 협력 강화 등 기업혁신 선도를 지원해 일자리 육성에 집중한다.

또  청년들의 수도권 유출에 맞서 교육, 취업, 정주로 이어지는 산·관·학 연계 지역 자원을 활용한 직업교육 및 양질의 일자리 창출로 청년 지역정착을 도울 계획이다.   

특히 청년창업지원센터, 1인 창조기업 지원센터, 중장년기술창업센터, 공유플랫폼 창업인큐베이팅 운영으로 수요자 맞춤형 창업을 적극 지원해 일자리 확충을 유도한다.   

이태훈 달서구청장은 "불안한 국제정세와 경기침체로 전망이 밝지 않다"며 "지역 환경 변화에 선제적으로 대응하고 공모 및 투자 유치에 집중해 혁신 경제도시로 성장할 수 있도록 일자리 정책 추진에 최선을 다하겠다"고 밝혔다.
