【브레이크뉴스 대구】박은정 기자=대구 동구청(구청장 윤석준)은 안전문화 선진화 정착 및 민‧관협력 네트워크 강화를 위한 ‘안전문화운동 추진협의회’ 회의를 개최했다고 25일 밝혔다.
동구청에 따르면 이날 회의에선 위촉장 수여, 동구 안전문화운동 추진협의회 운영방향 안내, 2022년 안전교육 추진실적 및 2023년 시행계획 보고, 의견수렴 순으로 진행됐으며 참가 위원들은 효과적인 안전문화운동 실천 방안과 안전문화 진흥에 대한 아이디어를 공유하는 시간을 가졌다.
추진협의회는 민간단체 9곳과 안전관련 공공기관 4곳이 참여하며, 4개 안전분과(기획홍보, 사회안전, 생활안전, 교통안전)로 운영된다.
이들은 구민 안전의식 제고를 위한 안전문화 캠페인 전개 및 확산, 안전교육 발굴 등 동구의 안전문화 진흥을 위한 중추적인 역할을 담당하게 된다.
윤석준 동구청장은 “안전한 동구를 만들기 위해서 주민들의 관심과 참여가 필수적인 만큼, 민‧관이 함께하는 동구 안전문화운동 추진협의회를 통해 구민의 안전의식을 높이고 성숙한 안전문화를 정착시키는 계기가 되길 바란다”고 말했다.
