이번 이벤트는 3월 한 달간 진행되며, 청림운동장에서 호미곶광장까지 총 24.7km의 해안둘레길을 걸으면서 코스별 스탬프를 모은 참가자에게 기념품과 메달을 제공하는 방식으로 진행된다. 참가자들은 스탬프투어 앱을 활용한 온라인 방식과 인증 지점에 마련된 종이 스탬프를 모은 오프라인 방식을 선택해 참여할 수 있다.

이벤트 시작 보름 만에 참가자 수는 1,000명을 넘어섰으며, 봄철 나들이 시즌을 맞아 앞으로 더 많은 관광객들이 참여할 것으로 예상된다. 특히, 포항시는 이번 이벤트가 지역 경제와 관광 활성화에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것으로 기대하고 있다. 최근 인기리에 종영된 드라마 ‘나의 완벽한 비서’의 촬영지로 알려진 연오랑세오녀테마공원의 방문객 수가 급증하는 등 지역 관광지에 활기를 불어넣고 있다.
