공모 대상은 의무관리대상 공동주택으로, 최종 선정되는 1개 단지에는 최대 500만 원의 사업비가 지원된다.

지원 분야는 ▲관리비 절감 ▲재난 및 안전관리 ▲주민 화합 ▲생활 공유 ▲문화·공유 강좌 ▲친환경·녹색 ▲정서 공감 ▲주민 소통 등으로, 입주민 참여를 기반으로 한 다양한 공동체 활성화 프로그램이 포함된다.
