구무천 오염토 정화시설 방문에서는 정화 공정 안전성, 처리 방식, 기술적 타당성, 관리 실효성 등을 점검하고, 형산강과 구무천 생태계 회복을 위해 사업 일정과 공정별 관리에 철저를 기할 것을 당부했다.

이어 남구 구룡포읍 눌태리 일원 추모공원 예정지를 확인하며, 주민 수용성 확보, 접근성, 교통 동선 등을 점검했다. 위원들은 향후 추진 과정에서 절차의 투명성과 주민 소통을 바탕으로 체계적 사업 진행을 요청했다.

최해곤 위원장은 “현장에서 확인한 사항을 바탕으로 사업이 안전하고 체계적으로 추진될 수 있도록 지속적으로 점검하고 지원하겠다”고 말했다.

한편, 자치행정위원회(위원장 정원석)도 같은 날 다원복합센터, 남포항 파크골프장, 동빈문화창고1969, 근로자종합복지관(호동관) 등을 방문해 운영 현황과 향후 계획을 점검했다.

다원복합센터 방문에서는 생활체육·청소년·돌봄 기능이 결합된 열린 커뮤니티형 시설로서의 성과를 평가하면서, 시설 접근성과 프로그램 다양화 필요성을 함께 제시했다.

남포항 파크골프장에 대해서는 고령화 시대 시민 여가 및 체육 복지 향상을 위해 시설 확충 필요성을 강조했다. 급증하는 수요 대비 현재 시설 부족 문제를 지적하며, 단계적 확충과 접근성·주차 공간 확보를 주문했다.

리모델링 중인 근로자복지관(호동관) 방문에서는 공사 진행 상황을 점검하고, 재개관 후 다양한 연령층과 계층이 이용할 수 있는 교육 프로그램 다양화 및 시설 접근성 향상 방안을 논의했다.

동빈문화창고1969에서는 기존 창고를 문화예술 공간으로 재생한 사례에 주목하며, 지역 예술인과 시민이 자유롭게 교류할 수 있는 창의적 공간 조성 필요성을 강조했다. 또한 주차공간 부족 등 기본 편의시설 보강 필요성도 제기됐다.

Dongbin Cultural Warehouse 1969 highlighted the case of a former warehouse being repurposed as a cultural and artistic space, emphasizing the need to create a creative space where local artists and citizens can freely interact.
