이번 종무식은 기존의 시상 중심 행사에서 벗어나 직원 참여형 프로그램과 공감 중심의 연출을 강화해, 시정 성과를 함께 만들어 온 직원들의 노고에 감사의 뜻을 전하는 데 중점을 두고 마련됐다.

행사는 직원 4개 팀이 자율적으로 참여한 ‘복면가왕’ 형식의 식전 공연으로 시작돼 현장 분위기를 한층 밝게 했다. 이어진 본식에서는 ‘2025년 포항시정 10대 뉴스’ 영상 상영과 표창 수여, 송년사가 진행되며 한 해 동안의 주요 시정 성과를 되돌아보는 시간이 이어졌다.
