황인수 신임 부군수는 취임 소감을 통해 “군민과의 소통을 바탕으로 현장 중심의 실효성 있는 행정을 구현하고, 군수님을 충실히 보좌해 군정 주요 과제들이 차질 없이 추진될 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다”고 밝혔다.
한편, 문성준 전 부군수는 1년 6개월간의 영덕부군수직을 마치고 경상북도청 해양수산국장으로 자리를 옮겼다.
