이번 사업은 1년 이상 거주하거나 사용하지 않은 농어촌 주택 32호를 대상으로 진행되며, 선정된 대상자에게는 빈집 철거 비용으로 가구당 250만 원이 지원된다.

신청은 다음 달 6일까지 가능하며, 빈집이 소재한 읍·면사무소를 방문해 접수하면 된다. 자세한 공고 내용과 신청 서식은 영덕군 누리집 고시·공고란에서 확인할 수 있다.

최대석 영덕군 도시디자인과장은 “방치된 빈집을 체계적으로 정비해 농어촌 지역의 경관 개선과 주거환경 향상에 기여할 수 있도록 행정적 지원을 아끼지 않겠다”고 말했다.
