【브레이크뉴스 영덕】박영재 기자=영덕군은 기초생활수급자와 차상위계층의 주거 이전에 따른 경제적 부담을 덜기 위해 ‘주거 취약계층 주택 중개보수 지원사업’ 신청을 접수한다고 밝혔다.

이번 사업은 2025년 1월 1일 이후 1억 원 이하의 주택을 매매하거나 임대차 계약을 체결하고 중개보수를 지급한 경우를 대상으로 하며, 최대 30만 원까지 중개보수를 지원한다. 단, 계약 체결 후 영덕군 관내로 전입신고를 완료해야 지원이 가능하다.

지원은 계약 체결일 기준 2년 이내 1회에 한해 가능하며, 타 기관이나 단체의 유사한 지원사업을 통해 이미 중개보수를 지원받은 경우에는 대상에서 제외된다.

신청을 희망하는 대상자는 영덕군청 종합민원처리과 토지관리팀을 방문해 신청서와 함께 수급자증명서 또는 차상위계층 확인서, 주민등록등본(최근 5년 주소 변동사항 포함), 매매·임대차 계약서 사본, 중개수수료 영수증 사본, 통장 사본(압류방지통장 제외), 개인정보 제공 동의서 등 관련 서류를 제출하면 된다.

대리 신청의 경우 위임장과 대리인 신분증 사본, 대상자 본인서명사실확인서 또는 인감증명서 등 추가 서류가 필요하다.

접수된 신청 서류는 경상북도 토지정보과로 제출되며, 대상자 검토를 거쳐 신청 시기에 따라 당월 또는 익월 말에 지원금이 지급될 예정이다.

엄재희 종합민원처리과장은 “이번 지원사업이 주거 취약계층의 주거 안정에 실질적인 도움이 될 수 있도록 사업 추진과 홍보에 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.

For proxy applications, additional documents are required, including a power of attorney, a copy of the agent's ID, and a certificate of the applicant's signature or seal.

Submitted applications will be submitted to the Gyeongsangbuk-do Land Information Division. After review, eligible applicants will be eligible for subsidies, which will be disbursed either in the same month or at the end of the following month, depending on the application date.
