‘포항형 천원주택’은 한국토지주택공사(LH)의 임대주택을 재매입해 청년들에게 하루 임대료 1천 원, 월 3만 원이라는 파격적인 조건으로 공급하는 주거 복지 사업이다. 지원 대상은 19세 이상 45세 이하의 무주택 청년 및 신혼부부로, 선정 시 2년에서 최대 4년까지 거주할 수 있다.
