대구보건대학교(총장 남성희) 보현박물관이 문화체육관광부가 주최하는 박물관 길 위의 인문학 사업과 문화예술교육사 현장역량강화사업 등에 선정되는 쾌거를 이뤘다.

박물관 길 위의 인문학은 한국박물관협회 주관 사업으로 박물관의 사회교육기능을 활성화하고 인문학 체험 프로그램을 통해 자생적인 인문 활동을 시작할 수 있도록 지원하는 사업이다.

보현박물관은 지난해 11월부터 전시 중인‘보건과 건강을 향해 함께 떠나는 여행...ing’과 연계해 슬기로운 생활을 주제로 박물관 길 위의 인문학 교육프로그램을 기획했다.

프로그램 참여는 코로나 19에 따라 방문이 어려운 학교와 기관에 직접 찾아가는 대면교육과 보현박물관에서 자체 제작한 동영상 콘텐츠를 시청하며 우편 발송된 체험키트로 진행되는 비대면 온라인 교육을 혼용해 운영된다. 폭넓은 참여 방법으로 지역민들의 문화 활동 활성화에 기여할 예정이다.

이와 함께 선정된 문화예술교육사 현장역량강화사업은 경남문화예술진흥원 주관으로 시행되며 문화예술교육사 자격증 취득 3년 미만, 만39세 이하인 문화예술교육사를 채용해 현장업무 역량강화의 기회를 제공하고 문화예술교육프로그램을 개발ㆍ운영해 지역민의 문화예술참여 기회를 확대하는 사업이다. 

사업 선정에 따라 채용되는 문화예술교육사는 지역민과 함께 누릴 수 있는 다양한 박물관 문화교육 활성화에 이바지 할 것이라 기대하고 있다.

보현박물관 석은조 관장(유아교육과 교수)은“지역 문화유적과 박물관 소장유물을 연계한 창의적이고 차별화된 문화예술교육을 개발해 지역민과 함께 성장하는 박물관으로서 문화예술 인재양성의 발판이 될 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다”고 전했다.

Daegu Health University (President Nam Sung-hee) Bohyeon Museum was selected for the humanities project on the museum road hosted by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the field competency enhancement project in the history of culture and art education.

The Humanities on the Museum Path is a project organized by the Korean Museum Association, which activates the social education function of the museum and supports the start of self-sustaining humanities activities through the humanities experience program.

The Bohyeon Museum has planned a humanities education program on the road of the museum with the theme of wise living in connection with the “Travel to Health and Health Together...ing,” which has been exhibited since November of last year.

Participation in the program is a combination of face-to-face education to directly visit schools and institutions that are difficult to visit due to Corona 19, and non-face-to-face online education conducted with an experience kit sent by mail while watching video content produced by the Bohyeon Museum. It will contribute to vitalizing cultural activities of local residents through a wide range of participation methods.

Along with this, the selected culture and arts educators on-site competency enhancement project is administered by the Gyeongnam Culture and Arts Promotion Agency and employs culture and arts educators who are less than 3 years old and under 39 years of age to acquire a culture and arts educator's license to provide opportunities for field work capacity enhancement. It is a project to expand opportunities for local residents to participate in culture and arts by developing and operating educational programs.

Culture and arts education companies hired according to the project selection are expected to contribute to the vitalization of cultural education in various museums that can be enjoyed with local residents.

Bohyeon Museum Director Seok Eun-jo (Professor of Early Childhood Education) said, “We will do our best to develop creative and differentiated culture and arts education that links local cultural relics and museum possessions to become a platform for nurturing cultural and artistic talents as a museum that grows together with the local people. I will do everything.”
