안심도서관은 낮 시간 도서관 이용이 어려운 직장인과 학생들을 위해 야간에 도서관을 개방하고 다양한 독서문화 프로그램을 운영하는 ‘개관시간 연장 사업’을 9년째 지속하고 있다.
