10일 대구 동부경찰서 등에 따르면 정보통신망법상 음란물 유포 혐의로 중학교 A군 등 2명을 입건해 조사하고 있다고 밝혔다.

A군 등 2명은 전날 오후 11시 10분쯤 대구 동구 한 모텔에서 동급생 B군을 불러 강제로 옷을 벗기고 SNS로 생중계한 것으로 알려진다.

신고를 받은 경찰은 현장에 출동했지만 ‘강압이나 협박이 없었다’, ‘장난이었다’는 이들의 말에 신원을 확보한 후 귀가 조치했다.

이후 강제로 옷을 벗기는 장면 등을 확보하고 이들 부모의 동의받고 소환해 1차 조사를 마쳤다.

경찰은 추가 조사를 통해 A군 등이 B군을 폭행하거나 강제로 술을 마시게 했다는 신고 내용 등을 확인할 예정이다.

현재 해당 영상은 삭제 된 것으로 알려진다.
