【브레이크뉴스 대구】박은정 기자=대구 달서구(구청장 이태훈)는 오는 27일과 28일 글로벌 기업 취업을 희망하는 청년을 대상으로 '2023년 Dalseo 글로벌 잡페어'를 온라인으로 개최한다고 밝혔다.

이번 행사는 글로벌 기업 Google, Amazon, Microsoft, IBM, TOYOTA, Johnson&Johnson, NIKE 현직자와 미국(CPTeam), 일본(INNORIVER), 유럽(ADEN GROUP), 싱가폴(CONFLUENT), 아시아(대우세계경영연구회) 해외취업 전문 멘토들이 함께해 지역 대학생 및 취업 준비생들에게 실시간 소통과 멘토링으로 청년들의 글로벌 취업을 지원하게 된다.

각 현직 멘토들은 코로나19 완화로 해외취업 시장이 활발해짐에 따라, 대·내외 해외취업 여건의 변화에 발맞추어 해외취업 준비를 할 수 있도록, 참여 청년들에게 현장 경험을 토대로 글로벌(해외)기업 직무에 필요한 현실적인 조언과 경험, 취업에 필요한 다양한 정보를 제공할 계획이다.

1일차에는 글로벌 기업 현직자의 취업특강과 Q&A, 그룹 멘토링이 진행되며, 2일차에는 해외취업 전문 멘토의 나라별 해외취업 특강과 그룹 멘토링이 이어질 예정이다.

장소에 구애받지 않고 참여할 수 있도록 ‘ZOOM’프로그램을 이용하여 온라인으로 실시간 해외취업 멘토링을 받을 수 있다.

접수는 대구 청년을 대상으로 오는 26일까지 달서구 홈페이지에서 QR코드를 통해 150명을 선착순으로 모집하며 자세한 사항은 달서구 일자리지원과로 문의하면 된다. 

이태훈 달서구청장은 “우리 청년들이 2023년 Dalseo 글로벌 잡페어를 통하여 다양한 해외취업 정보를 얻고, 미래를 선도하는 글로벌 인재로 성장하기 바라며, 앞으로도 청년 글로벌 일자리 창출을 위한 지원 정책을 지속적으로 추진해 나가겠다.”고 밝혔다.
