【브레이크뉴스 포항】박영재 기자=포스코 포항제철소(소장 이동렬)는 지난 9일부터 이틀간 포항 인재창조원에서 직원들을 대상으로 ‘쉽게 만드는 데이터 대시보드’ 제작 교육을 진행했다고 11일 밝혔다.
이번 교육은 포스코 DX전략실이 강의를 맡아, 복잡한 프로그래밍 지식 없이도 누구나 데이터 시각화와 분석 화면을 구현할 수 있는 로우노코드(Low/No Code) 기술을 중심으로 진행됐다.
로우노코드는 최소한의 코드만으로도 업무에 필요한 프로그램이나 자동화 도구를 제작할 수 있는 최신 개발 방식으로, 비(非)개발자도 시스템 구축에 참여할 수 있어 최근 기업 현장에서 주목받고 있다. 이번 교육에서는 AI 기반 코딩 자동화 기술이 적용된 AUD 플랫폼을 활용해 현업 직원들이 손쉽게 대시보드와 자동화 솔루션을 구현할 수 있도록 지원했다.
대시보드는 생산 현황, 품질 지표, 판매 실적 등 다양한 데이터를 표·그래프·차트 형태로 시각화해 한눈에 보여주는 화면으로, 경영진과 현장 담당자의 신속하고 효율적인 의사결정을 돕는다. 교육 첫날에는 AUD 플랫폼 소개와 로우노코드 활용 사례, 신기능 안내와 UI 생성 실습이 진행됐고, 둘째 날에는 압연 분석 실적 화면, 공장별 열연 지표, 이상재 발생 현황 등 응용 과제 실습을 통해 실무 적용 역량을 키웠다.
포스코는 올해 포항·광양·서울에서 총 5회에 걸쳐 대시보드 제작 집합교육을 운영하고 있으며, 지난주에는 로우노코드 기반 RPA(로봇 프로세스 자동화) 교육도 성공적으로 마쳤다. 포스코는 누구나 자동화 프로그램을 만들 수 있도록 자체 솔루션인 A.Works를 활용해 연 5회의 집합교육과 매월 온라인 교육을 병행하며 직원들의 역량 강화를 지원하고 있다.
포스코 교육 관계자는 “앞으로는 생성형 AI를 활용한 데이터 분석 교육도 추진할 계획”이라며 “이를 통해 현업 직원들이 실제 업무에서 데이터를 효과적으로 활용하고, 의미 있는 인사이트를 도출하는 데 큰 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다”고 말했다.

On the second day, participants developed practical application skills through hands-on training on applications such as rolling analysis performance screens, hot rolling indicators by plant, and abnormal material occurrence status.
POSCO is conducting five in-person training sessions on dashboard creation this year in Pohang, Gwangyang, and Seoul, and last week successfully completed a low-no-code-based RPA (Robotic Process Automation) training. POSCO leverages its proprietary solution, A.Works, to provide five in-person training sessions per year, along with monthly online training, to empower employees to create automation programs.
A POSCO training representative stated, "We plan to also pursue data analysis training utilizing generative AI. We anticipate this will significantly contribute to enabling frontline employees to effectively utilize data in their work and derive meaningful insights."
