【브레이크뉴스 경산】이성현 기자=대구사이버대학교(총장 이근용) 심리운동학과(학과장 김민석)는 지난 11일 대구광역시에 위치한 이준성심리운동발달센터와 심리운동 전문 인력 양성을 위한 업무협약을 체결했다고 밝혔다.

이번 협약은 심리운동학과가 추진 중인 실천 중심 교육의 일환으로, 학생들이 실제 임상 환경에서 전문 역량을 체계적으로 기를 수 있는 교육·실습 기회를 확대하기 위해 마련됐다.

대구사이버대학교는 지난해 심리운동학과를 신설하며 심리운동 분야 전문 인력 양성 체계를 본격적으로 구축해 왔다. 이번 협약을 통해 학생 실습 프로그램의 질적 수준을 높이고, 지역사회 기반의 전문 인력 배출이라는 교육적 목표를 동시에 달성할 수 있을 것으로 기대하고 있다.

이준성심리운동발달센터 이준성 센터장은 “대구사이버대학교에 심리운동학과가 신설된 것은 지역사회 심리운동 분야 활성화에도 큰 의미가 있다”며 “미래의 심리운동사들이 현장에서 자신감을 갖고 활동할 수 있도록 실습과 교육을 적극 지원하겠다”고 말했다. 이어 “실제 사례 중심의 실습 지도를 통해 학생들이 전문가로 성장하는 데 필요한 태도와 기술, 임상 감각을 고루 갖출 수 있도록 돕겠다”고 덧붙였다.

김민석 심리운동학과장은 “이준성심리운동발달센터는 오랜 임상 경험을 바탕으로 체계적인 치료 및 지도 시스템을 갖춘 기관”이라며 “학생들이 실제 사례를 기반으로 전문성을 높일 수 있는 최적의 현장 교육 공간이 될 것”이라고 밝혔다. 또한 “이번 협약을 통해 교육 현장과 임상 현장이 자연스럽게 연계돼 학생 개개인의 성장과 진로 설계에도 큰 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다”고 말했다.

이날 협약식에서는 양 기관 대표가 협약서에 서명하고, 대구사이버대학교 심리운동 전문 인력 양성 협력기관을 알리는 현판 전달식도 함께 진행됐다. 향후 양 기관은 ▲학생 실습 지원 ▲임상 사례 기반 교육 프로그램 운영 ▲전문 역량 강화 세미나 개최 등 다양한 협력 사업을 추진할 계획이다.

대구사이버대학교는 이번 협약을 계기로 심리운동학과 학생들의 현장 실무 역량을 한층 강화하고, 지역사회에 기여하는 실천형 심리운동 전문가 양성에 더욱 힘쓸 방침이다.
