【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=대구사이버대학교(총장 이근용)가 ‘2024 가을 페스티벌’을 개최할 예정이라고 10일 밝혔다.

오는 21일 서울 스페이스 쉐어 중부센터에서 ‘Passion for Learning, Together at the Academic Festival(배움의 열정, 함께하는 학술의 장)’ 슬로건과 함께 가을 페스티벌이 열린다.

학술발표와 특강을 통해 재학생 개개인의 역량을 강화하고 학습 능력 향상과 전공 간의 지식교류 활성화를 위해 마련된 행사는 유튜브 ‘대구사이버대학교 TV’ 채널을 통해 실시간 중계를 진행한다.

‘tvN 어쩌다 어른’ 프로그램의 스타 강사로 알려진 김경일 교수(아주대학교)가 ‘동기를 알면 행복이 보인다’라는 주제로 강연을 맡아 개최 전부터 학생들의 큰 관심을 모으고 있다.

기조 연설은 창원대학교 국제협력선도대학육성지원사업 정대영 단장이 맡아 진행한다.

사례별 시상식과 수상작 발표도 진행 예정이다. 이를 위해 지난달 31일까지 우수 논문, 우수 리포트 사례, 우수 실습 사례를 공모해 총 10여 편의 작품을 선정했다. 

대구사이버대학교 휴먼케어대학원은 같은 날 8층 에메랄드홀에서 ‘제2회 휴먼케어대학원 국제학술대회’를 개최해 두 학술제 행사로 대학은 지식의 꽃을 피울 예정이다.

김희숙 총학생회장(상담심리학과)은 “사이버대 특성상 혼자 공부하는 환경이지만 이번 학술제를 통해 학업 역량을 발휘하고 학생들 간의 지식으로 소통할 수 있는 시간이 되길 기대한다”며 “지식으로 하나 되는 이번 행사에 많은 참여를 바란다”고 덧붙였다.
