【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=대구사이버대학교 휴먼케어대학원(대학원장 한지연)가 제1회 DCU HGS(Human Care Graduate School) 국제학술대회를 개최한다고 14일 밝혔다.

대학에 따르면 이번 행사는 대학 개교 20주년과 대학원 설립 10주년을 맞아 미술치료 분야의 세계적 동향을 공유하고, 졸업생과 재학생의 그간의 성과를 공유하기 위해 마련된 것으로 오는 17일 오전 10시부터 대구대학교 본관 17층에서 개최될 예정이다.

행사는 1부와 2부로 나누어져 진행되며 유튜브 ‘대구사이버대학교TV’ 채널을 통해 실시간 중계될 예정이다.

행사의 1부에서는 미국 위스콘신 콘코디아 대학 캐롤 번즈(Carol J. Burns) 교수가 ‘모든 학습자- 장벽 제거, 모든 학습자를 위한 기회 창출’이라는 주제로 기조강연에 나선다.

또한 미국 일리노이 알렉시언 브라더스 행동병원 김유리 전문심리상담사의 자폐 스펙트럼 장애 청소년 미술치료 특강, 일본 후쿠이대학 신경정신의학과 정민영 교수의 발달장애 뇌영상 연구 특강이 실시되며 2부에서는 졸업생과 재학생의 우수논문 발표와 우수사례연구 발표 순서가 이어질 예정이다.

행사를 기획한 한지연 대학원장은 “이번 행사는 발달장애에 관한 뇌과학, 미술치료, 교육에 이르는 통찰적 지식을 나누고자 기획했으며 휴먼케어대학원 설립 이후 지난 10년 동안 미술치료학과를 중심으로 쌓아온 학문적 결실을 함께 하고자 한다”며 “이번 행사를 통해 대학원생 뿐만 아니라 학부생들도 국제적 학문역량 고취를 통한 전문 지식인으로서의 자격 함양의 기회가 되길 바란다”고 밝혔다.

In addition, a special lecture on art therapy for adolescents with autism spectrum disorders by Yu-ri Kim, a psychological counselor at Alexian Brothers Behavioral Hospital in Illinois, USA, and a special lecture on brain imaging research on developmental disorders by Professor Min-Young Jung of the Department of Neuropsychiatry at Fukui University in Japan will be held. The order of presentation of best case studies will follow.

Graduate School Dean Jiyeon Han, who planned the event, said, “This event was planned to share insightful knowledge about developmental disabilities, including brain science, art therapy, and education. “Through this event, I hope that not only graduate students but also undergraduate students will have an opportunity to develop their qualifications as professional intellectuals through the promotion of international academic capabilities.”
