【브레이크뉴스 대구사이버대】진예솔 기자=대구사이버대학교(총장 이근용)가 찾아가는 DCU휴먼북-부산·울산·경남 지역간담회를 성황리에 개최했다고 10일 밝혔다.

찾아가는 DCU휴먼북은 문학과 자기계발을 테마로 기획되어 대구, 서울, 울산, 제주 등 학생을 직접 찾아 간담회를 개최하고 있다.

자기계발 기회 마련 및 지역 학생 간의 상호교류 강화를 위해 마련된 행사는 지난 7일 부산·울산·경남지역에서 개최되어 재학생 등 100여명이 참석하였으며 총장 인사말, 입시설명회, 특강 등의 순서로 진행되었다.

4회차 중 3번째로 열린 이번 행사에서는 추민지 작가가 ‘내 일상이 콘텐츠가 되는 법’이라는 주제로 특강에 나섰고 김미희 한국국제대학교 특수체육교육과 교수가 ‘코이의 법칙’을 주제로 특강을 이어갔다.

전종국 입학학생처장(상담심리학과 교수)은 “다양한 전문가는 물론 동문 출신의 전문가들이 그들의 경험과 노하우를 재학생에게 전수하는 교류의 장으로 기획되었다”며 “학생들의 참여율과 반응이 좋아 일회성으로 끝나지 않고 향후에도 지속적으로 진행되도록 추진할 계획”이라고 말했다.

이근용 총장은 “이번 행사는 다양한 자기계발 특강을 통해 학생 만족도 제고 및 학습 역량을 강화하기 위해 기획되었다. 이를 계기로 전국에 있는 학생들과 함께 할 뿐만 아니라 입시에 관심있는 예비지원자들도 참여해 매우 뜻 깊게 생각한다”며 “향후에도 오프라인 교류를 확대해 대학과 학생 간 이해가 깊어지도록 노력하겠다”고 밝혔다.
