이번 워크숍은 행동치료학과 학생회 주관으로 마련됐으며, ‘부울경제’ 지역 재학생을 중심으로 서울·강원·충남 등 타 지역 학생들도 함께 참여해 지역 간 학습 네트워크를 확장했다.

행사는 온라인 강의를 통해 습득한 이론을 오프라인 현장에서 실제 적용 가능한 기술로 전환하는 데 초점을 맞췄다. 특히 선배 재학생들이 현장에서 활용 중인 실습 자료와 중재 도구를 직접 소개하고, 후배 재학생들과 질의응답을 이어가는 방식으로 운영돼 행동분석의 실천적 적용성을 높였다는 평가를 받았다.

첫 순서로 도담희 학우(23학번, 4학년, 부울경제 지역장)가 ‘행동관찰기록지의 유형과 적용법’을 주제로 특강을 진행했다. 도 학우는 다양한 관찰·기록 양식과 실제 활용 사례를 공유하며 “무엇을, 어떤 기준으로, 어떻게 측정할 것인지에 대한 구체적 계획이 중요하다”고 강조했다.

세 번째 순서에서는 박민주 학우(23학번, 4학년, 대구경북 총무)가 ‘시각적 스케줄의 이해와 적용 사례’를 주제로 실습 활동을 진행했다. 박 학우는 시각적 스케줄의 원리와 구성 요소, 대상자 특성에 따른 활용 방안을 설명하고 가정 및 치료 현장에서의 적용 사례를 공유했다.

참가자들은 “현장에서 실제 사용되는 사례를 직접 확인해 적용 방향이 구체화됐다”, “이론으로만 접했던 내용이 명확히 정리되는 시간이었다”고 소감을 전했다.

조정연 학과장은 “2005년 개설 이후 현장성과 실천성을 핵심 가치로 교육과정을 운영해 왔다”며 “재학생 간 경험 공유 과정이 전문성을 더욱 견고히 한다”고 말했다. 이어 “지역별 스터디와 워크숍을 지속적으로 활성화해 재학생들이 각자의 현장에서 전문성을 확장할 수 있도록 지원하겠다”고 밝혔다.
